There are a few empty spots, I think because some of the potato pieces had more *eyes* than others, they may come on up later. Or maybe never. Who knows?
Not 100% positive, but I think there may also be some volunteer tomato plants popped up (from the compost soil), possibly Cherry tomatoes. Last year we had a few Cherry tomato plants pop up in the garden.
Thought I'd let them grow a little more and see what they turn into, then transplant into the garden if they're anything we want.
